GCI by Source Pie Chart

Entering Lead Source Investment

Click on the investment field for any source and enter what you spent. Voru calculates ROI as:
ROI % = (Closed GCI / Investment) x 100
An ROI of 100% means you earned your money back. 300% means you tripled your investment.

Lead Source Assignment

Lead sources are assigned when you create or edit a transaction. Accurate lead source data is critical to making ROI reporting meaningful.

Using ROI Data to Make Decisions

  • Sources with high ROI and high volume are worth increasing investment
  • Sources with low ROI and low volume are candidates to reduce or cut
  • Pending GCI tells you which sources have momentum right now, not just historically
