Custom Metrics

Custom Metrics let team leaders define up to 5 additional lead generation fields that agents log alongside the standard daily activity fields.

Who Can Manage Custom Metrics

Only team leaders and admins can create, edit, or delete custom metrics.

Setting Up Custom Metrics

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select the Custom Metrics tab
  3. Click Add Custom Metric
  4. Enter a name for the metric
  5. Save
Repeat for each additional metric (up to 5 total).

Examples of Custom Metrics

  • Video messages sent
  • Social media posts published
  • Door knocks
  • Mailers sent
  • Referrals asked for
  • Follow-up emails sent
  • Events attended

Where Custom Metrics Appear

Once created, custom metrics appear in the Daily Lead Gen entry form, the Scorecards view, and Contest point assignments.

Limit of 5 Custom Metrics

Choose the ones that matter most to your team’s prospecting strategy and stick with them. Consistency in what you measure makes trend data meaningful over time.
