Metric	What It Measures
GCI	Gross commission income from closed transactions
Units	Number of closed transactions
Contacts	Total prospecting contacts from daily lead gen logs
Listing Appts Held	Listing consultations that took place
Buyer Appts Held	Buyer consultations that took place
Written Offers	Offers submitted

Time Frames

• This Month — Current calendar month only
• YTD — January 1 through today
• This Year — Full calendar year
